Everybody should visit Corfu and Rolling Stone. Life doesn't get any better. Themis, Ira and the kids, I send my love.
We spent a week in Pelekas at the Rolling Stone during the October week last year and although this was the first time we had visited Corfu, it will definitely not be the last! We were made to feel so at home and the atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed, we had our 2 year old son with us and he talks about going back constantly, consequently we will be booking back into the Rolling Stone for two weeks in May! This is the start of a family tradition for us, Corfu is a fantastic place just like home only better!
Coming all the way from Pakistan to dreamland Corfu was a real treat for me and my family. The unusually warm and friendly hospitality extended by you all was indeed very unique and made us feel "more than at home".
Your house and Corfu are like a little paradise to us. We enjoyed our breakfast on your romantic and beautiful terrace every single day. We found our peace and quietness in all the nice places on Corfu. This holiday was a nice and relaxed way to end our time as students! Thanks for your hospitality and good luck to you all.
Thanks that I can say "I feel at home" at Rolling Stone. It is a place where everybody feels at peace, where new friendships start, where people get new perspectives, where people can relax. We left your wonderful place very happy because we met special people and we spent a beautiful holiday. Thank you very much for everything, for your hospitality, for your friendliness, and for the night on the terrace singing and drinking. We hope to come back another time as soon as possible.
Corfu is a long way from Tasmania but I felt happy and peaceful in such a beautiful place. Each day I sat somewhere different and said to myself, "I must come back to this place!". A sincere thank you.
Thank you for your warm welcome and hospitality. The apartment was beautiful, with a great view of the sea. We had a very relaxing time sunbathing and sleeping - just what we needed.
The few days that we spent at the Rolling Stone were definitely our highlight of our stay in Greece. The typical day: Roll out of your comfy bed. Eat and head to the natural mud bath a short walk away. Roll in the mud naked. Rinse. Skin feels like a baby's bum. Go to the beach. Soak up some rays and swim in the clear, blue water. Finally, finish the day off with a glass of wine and Pink Floyd playing on the terrace. What a paradise! Ira and Themis, you made us feel so welcome and we will not forget your hospitality. You too Helen, thanks for the astronomy lessons. For all of you that want to come to Corfu, but aren't into the Pink Palace scene, you couldn't pick a better place than the Rolling Stone! Thanks again and hope to visit again in the future.
Hi Ira and Themis, hi girls! I think the fact that I came twice this year to you says more than words, but I want to say thank you again for the wonderfull time I had with you and your guests on this fantastic terrasse. Relaxing, sitting, drinking, talking, dancing and having barbecue with the view to the sea and the sound of the waves...is there something better existing on earth?! And all this amongst great people of all parts of the world! Everyone who left wanted to return. Its a great place to have a good time and find friends! Congratulations! So, I'm sure we'll meet again there and I'm looking forward to the endless nights with good chats, wine and falling stars! So, all my best wishes, have a good time and I hope well meet soon!
